Not committed or deployed yet.**\n\nAll three changes are on the visit screen's \"Attendants and their hours\" step (`pages\/visit-v2.php`). Only how the step is drawn changed: the questions, what is saved and what prints are the same.\n\n1. **The hours table now comes right after Attendant A's phone number.** That is the table with each day's hours, the week's total and the authorized hours (with the over\/under note).\n2. **Each attendant's days and hours are behind a \"Show days and hours\" button.** The attendant's heading still shows their name and weekly total. The days open by themselves if one of them has a problem (hours that don't come out in quarter hours, or a save that was refused), or when the check sends someone to one of those days. That way nothing is hidden behind a closed button.\n3. **With one attendant, no boxes for a second or third attendant's days are shown.** An attendant with no name and no hours gets no days box and no row in the hours table.\n\nChecked on a dev visit with one attendant: the table sits right after A's phone, A's days start closed, B and C have no days boxes, and the button opens and closes. Not yet tested: typing a name for a second attendant to make their week appear.\n\n**Questions for Jane**\n\n* **Should \"Who is Attendant B?\" still show when there is only one attendant?** Right now B's name and phone questions still show, because that is how a second attendant gets added: type a name and their days appear. The other way is to hide B's questions as well and show an **\"Add another attendant\"** button instead. That is tidier, but it is one more click when there really is a second attendant.\n* **With one attendant, the hours table has two identical rows** (\"Attendant A\" and \"All attendants\"). Should the \"All attendants\" row be left out when there is only one attendant?\n* **Should the days start open when the hours don't match the authorization** (the \"schedule is X hours under\" note)? Today they open by themselves only for a day that has a problem, not for an under-scheduled week.","assets":[],"created_at":"2026-10-07T23:39:28-05:00","updated_at":"2026-10-07T23:39:28-05:00"}]}
