During a visit, staff go through an on-screen interview with the client, and the system fills in the agency&#39;s paper forms from the answers. On 29 Sep 2026 Jane showed the customer the Start of Care \/ Annual (SOC\/AO) visit on site. This issue is one item from their feedback (item <strong>H1<\/strong> in <code>docs\/ActionItems.md<\/code>).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"user-content-what-the-customer-asked\" dir=\"auto\">What the customer asked<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Hours per day in the attendant schedule are entered to <strong>two decimal places, in quarter-hour steps<\/strong>: 1.25, 2.50, 3.75 and so on.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"user-content-what-to-do\" dir=\"auto\">What to do<\/h2>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Make each day&#39;s hours accept only multiples of 0.25 (refuse 2.3, for example), and print them with two decimals.<\/li>\n<li>A step picker or drop-down may be easier on a tablet than typing.<\/li>\n<li>Check the derived totals (weekly total, ISP Total Hours, 3040 hours per attendant) also print with two decimals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"user-content-technical-notes\" dir=\"auto\">Technical notes<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Elements: <code>schedule.attendant_*_{day}<\/code>.
