The paper doesn't spell out \"FWD\".\n2. `forms-3040.schedule_fwd` is now a `date` field prefilled from `auth.service_start_date`, the same value the service plan prints as its Start Date. So it's one question, asked on the service plan step and confirmed against VESTA, and the 3040 prints it as a date (placement `format: date`). The Explorer shows its source as that question.
