During a visit, staff go through an on-screen interview with the client, and the system fills in the agency's paper forms from the answers. On 29 Sep 2026 Jane showed the customer the Start of Care \/ Annual (SOC\/AO) visit on site. This issue is one item from their feedback (item **E1** in `docs\/ActionItems.md`).\n\n## What was asked\nOn the Emergency\/Disaster form, staff shouldn't have to type the client's pharmacy and its phone number.\n- Use it if it is already on file, or\n- offer a drop-down of known pharmacies, or\n- look it up on the web and fill in the phone number.\n\n## How it works today\nPharmacy name and phone are typed by hand.\n\n## Decision needed\n**Where do pharmacies come from?**\n- Does VESTA or the customer already hold the client's pharmacy? If so, we prefill it.\n- Otherwise: build a list from pharmacies staff have entered before (it grows over time), or use a public source.
