During a visit, staff go through an on-screen interview arranged by topic, and the system fills in the agency's paper forms from the answers, so one form's questions are spread over several steps. This issue is item **R2** in `docs\/ActionItems.md`.\n\n## The customer's question\n\"How do I find the questions for a specific form?\"\n\n## What exists today\n- The data-element list we published on 29 Sep (R1) has a \"By form\" view.\n- The **Form Explorer** (`\/admin\/form-explorer`, built 30 Sep) has a *Forms and paper* tab that lists every question feeding a chosen form.
