During a visit, staff go through an on-screen interview with the client, and the system fills in the agency's paper forms from the answers. Form 3040 is the state's supervisory visit form, which lists the attendant's tasks. On 29 Sep 2026 Jane showed the customer the Start of Care \/ Annual (SOC\/AO) visit on site. This issue is one item from their feedback (item **A4** in `docs\/ActionItems.md`).\n\n## What the customer asked\nOn an orientation supervisory visit, the 3040's task list should come **from VESTA**, the client's authorized tasks, not be chosen by hand.\n\n## What to do\nFill the 3040 task rows from the same VESTA task list built for the service plan in S4 (#89).
