The boxes showing days and hours for each attendant should not show. Instead have a button to open that so they can see it if they want. If there is only one attendant it shouldn't display the other attendant boxes for days and hours at all.\n\n**Changes**\n\n1. Move the total hours grid (from the authorization) to directly after the attendant's phone number.\n2. Collapse each attendant's days-and-hours boxes behind a \"Show days and hours\" button.\n3.
