During a visit, staff go through an on-screen interview with the client, and the system fills in the agency's paper forms from the answers. Form 3040 is the state's supervisory visit form. It has a grid of tasks, each with a frequency. On 29 Sep 2026 Jane showed the customer the Start of Care \/ Annual (SOC\/AO) visit on site. This issue is one item from their feedback (item **T3** in `docs\/ActionItems.md`).\n\n## What the customer said\nOn the 3040 task grid, staff must **not be able to choose \"weekly\"** for a task that is done daily.\n\n## How it works today\nAny frequency can be picked for any task.\n\n## Decision needed from the customer\n**The full rule.**\n- Where does \"done daily\" come from: the VESTA task list \/ authorization, or another answer in the visit?\n- Is a daily task allowed only \"daily\", or also e.g. \"as needed\"?\n- Are there similar rules for other frequencies (a weekly task can't be \"monthly\", etc.)?\n\n## Technical notes\nElements: `form.forms-3040.task_*_freq`.
