It shows what the V1 tray showed: status and branch, personal details, care team, authorizations, attendant schedules, assigned tasks, diagnosis, Medicaid eligibility and recent calendar, plus where the signed forms go (#83). Report flags and agency codes are left out, as they were in V1.<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Served by the new <code>\/do\/formV2VisitClient<\/code>, gated like the other visit endpoints. The client is looked up from the visit, never from an ID in the request, and each view is logged as a PHI read.<\/li>\n<li>The panel reloads every time it is opened, and has a Refresh button.<\/li>\n<li>Built in <code>hh_client_sheet()<\/code> in <code>code\/hh_client_sheet.inc.php<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Checked in the browser on dev with the demo client.<\/p>\n"}
