On 29 Sep 2026 Jane showed the customer the Start of Care \/ Annual (SOC\/AO) visit on site. This issue is one item from their feedback (item **O1** in `docs\/ActionItems.md`).\n\n## What was asked\nIn the visit, the **Plan for emergencies** step should come straight after **Communication and emergency contacts**. The two topics belong together in conversation with the client.\n\n## What to do\nReorder the steps in `docs\/form-v2-interviews\/SOC_AO.json`, reseed the interview and check the visit in dev.\n\nSmall change.
